Since 2011, Destinations International has recognized an annual “30 Under 30” class of high-performing early-career professionals who embody the promise and potential of the destinations community. This program offers honorees a meaningful platform to deepen their impact and development within the travel and tourism sector.
Our findings again show that many of these promising individuals are stepping away from the destination organizations they were employed by when they received their 30 Under 30 recognition. They are leaving and seeking opportunities that better align with their personal values, goals, and
evolving expectations of work.
