CANDIDATES
Candidates will receive an invite to take the Birkman including communications from our team of the purpose and actions needed. Once they have completed the assessment we will send the report to the indicated hiring manager and other individuals you have indicated.
- Candidates invitations to take the assessment will expire after 45-days.
- Candidates will NOT receive reminders to take the assessment.
- Candidates will NOT receive a copy of the report or a debrief unless they specifically request these items (additional fee at their cost).
- Once hired, we will be happy to debrief the individual at no cost to them or the organization.
TEAM MEMBERS
Team Members will receive an invite to take the Birkman including communications from our team of the purpose and actions needed. Once they have completed the assessment, they will be asked to schedule a debrief of their assessment results with their assigned coach.
- Team Member invitations to take the assessment will expire after 120-days.
- Team Members will receive periodic reminders to take the assessment.
- Team Members will receive a copy of the report on the day of their scheduled debrief.
- We will send a copy of the Team Members full report to their manager, and other individuals indicated, AFTER the debrief has been completed.
MULTIPLE TEAM MEMBERS
This form should be used only when ordering multiple Team Members at the same time. For Candidates, please use the candidate process above. This form simply allows for bulk uploads and should only be used when ordering Birkman’s for current Team Members, not candidates.
